A short horror/exploration game

Key Features

  • A twisted atmosphere

  • Mysterious story

Developer's Description

UPDATE: We're currently alpha-funding a full version of Enola, and you can help us make the game if you pre-order the game now here on IndieCity. If you pre-order the game, you get instant access to frequent alpha builds, and you'll also get the full game free of charge when it's finished.

Enola is a short game made for the 48 hour ludum dare competition. The theme of the competition was "alone," and Enola was my entry. Enola is actually the word "alone" backwards, because one of the ideas is that you're returning "somewhere." You're a nameless character (maybe a person, but you don't know) in this twisted world, with no previous knowledge. The entire world is open to player's interpretation.

The game needs DirectX 9 and Visual C++ 2008 Redist to run.

Follow Enola.

A short game that puts you in the middle of a desolate place, without knowledge of who you are or why you’re there. What little information players get is provided by short ambiguous messages. This was done so that players figure out what the story is.
